Woke up played like 100 hands realized I was playing like a retard and quit (dropped $150 in those hands). Was kinda tilting and dropped $200 at 5/10 LHE SH. Quit for the day (mostly cause I had to go to dinner and I wasn't gonna play a turney). Came back from dinner - I walked there and back like 2.5miles each way and actually ran the last couple of blocks home (I'm really out of shape) - but I felt good afterwards so I started up some $100NL. The first 2k hands went well and I was up about $500 (including the 150 I dropped earlier) then ran into a bunch of 2 outers and shit and made a few mistakes and finished +$177.10. Last night I also played 3 hands at 2/4 6-max and made $5 - I sat down played 2 hands (folded) realized I didn't want to play played the 3rd hand and won it (guessing on the flop) and left - hit and run FTW lol.
I also suck at life I couldn't figure out how to get play money chips on pokerstars so I sent 50 cents to some newbie to help me out. Hopefully he doesn't lose it all on one hand :p.
Total today: ($18.40)
Total Since blog started: $573.31
I'll put in the thoughts I had about the small downswing in the last 500 hands at 100NL today:
[03:22] it's such fucking bullshit
[03:22] I was up over $500 now I'm up 175 . . .
[03:23] cause of the most ridiculous bullshit
[03:24] what's the point of playing if I'm making a whopping $10/hour?
[03:25] so I can get better to the point I'm making $100/hour duh
[03:25] who cares if I lose $350 now? if I learn how to play better it's all coming back neway
[03:26] who cares if I lose a little $$ right now?
[03:27] I can see when I'm 10 tabling 5/10 making 5PTBB/100 the 350 will seem completely meaningless
[03:27] right?
[03:28] so tell me to stfu next time I'm complaining
Also, on a sidenote I noticed a weird thing. I've played 30k hands at 100NL now, and I've played 100+ hands with 1,265 players. Oddly enough only 50.47% of these are losers. I would think this number has to be higher. Maybe I'm wrong. Anyway just a weird stat.
